 All students must have a current physical form (FHSAA EL2) completed by a physician, consent and release of liability form (FHSAA EL3) signed on all four pages, and the certificate of completion for viewing the concussion video (dated after June 1, 2017) on file in the Athletic Office before attending any conditioning or try-outs.  Do not bring these forms to the coach the first day of practice, they must be brought to the Athletic Department ahead of time.  These forms are available in any office or online at http://www.lcsvikingathletics.com/athletic-forms

Conditioning for anyone interested in playing JV or Varsity girls' soccer,  and not currently in another LCS sport  will start Wednesday, September 6th at 6:15am in the stadium. Training will last from 6:15am to 7:15am, then the girls will have access to the soccer locker room to change and get ready for school. The conditioning is not mandatory, it is optional. It is a chance to get ready for try-outs which start on Oct. 16. If you have any questions, email Coach Streets at streetsjasonrsl@aol.com  

Please have girls bring both cleats and running shoes.

If you are currently involved in a fall sport let the  coach know.  You must complete the season in your current sport before moving on to a winter sport. 

Girls' Varsity Soccer try-outs will start Monday, October 16 from 3:30 - 5:15 on the baseball field.  Remember that try-outs last more than one day.
